A clearer picture before you call.

Each guide explains the possible scope, what moves the price, and the questions to ask. Projects that need an inspection first are marked for a written estimate.

Drain Cleaning

$315–$2,420

Planning range for clearing through main-line jetting

This range covers different ways to clear a residential drain, from a single fixture to more involved main-line cleaning. It does not cover replacing a broken drain or sewer pipe. The access point and the condition of the line help us choose the right method.

Emergency Plumbing

$270–$3,080

Repair planning range; any dispatch fee is separate

This is a repair planning range for selected water-line and plumbing problems. It is not an all-in emergency-call price. After-hours dispatch may carry a separate fee, which we will explain when you call. Large replacements and damage restoration need their own estimates.

Water Heater Repair

$250–$935

Planning range for residential parts and connection repairs

This range covers selected heater connection, component and valve repairs. Each option below describes different work. We check the fault and the condition of your heater before pricing the repair.

See pricing & options

Water Heater Installation

$1,530–$4,290

Integrity-supplied 30–50 gallon electric tank, installed

Plan within this broad band for a replacement 30–50 gallon electric tank supplied by Integrity. Installation of a heater you buy has its own band below. Gas, tankless, hybrid and unusually difficult locations need a model-specific estimate.

Leak Detection

$450–$605

Third-party leak locating; repair priced separately

Specialized leak locating starts at $450 and is carried out by a third-party team. This planning band covers the agreed locating scope. The problem and access need to be checked before the visit; further investigation, opening surfaces and permanent repairs may need separate estimates.

Plumbing Repair

$250–$3,080

Planning range for selected fixture and water-line repairs

This broad range covers small fixture repairs through more involved water-line work. Several repairs on one visit can add up differently from one repair. New fixtures, whole-house repiping and sewer replacement have their own scopes.

Backflow Testing

Written estimate

Written estimate for your assembly and testing needs

The assembly type, size, location and reporting requirements determine the testing scope. Send us the utility notice and a photo of the assembly if you have them. We will explain the testing price and how any repairs or retesting would be handled.

Bathroom Remodeling

Written estimate

Written estimate for the plumbing and finish-work scope

A faucet change, plumbing rough-in and a finished bathroom remodel are different projects. We first identify the fixtures, layout and work you want Integrity to handle. Your estimate should clearly separate the plumbing from demolition, waterproofing, tile, cabinetry and other finishes.

Water Filtration Systems

$1,350–$9,900

Integrity-supplied filters, softeners and combined systems

This broad band covers several different supplied-and-installed systems, from a standalone carbon filter to a softener and filtration combination. They serve different needs. A system you already own has a separate installation band, and a water assessment helps determine what makes sense for your home.

See pricing & options

Toilet Repair

$250–$479

Planning range for a single-toilet component repair

The main band is for selected component repairs or a tune-up on one toilet. A reset, flange repair and new toilet installation are different work. Replacement prices below separate a toilet supplied by Integrity from one you buy.

See pricing & options

Whole House Repiping

$5,220–$16,280

Planning range for whole-house water-supply repiping

This band is for replacing the home's water-supply piping, not the drains or sewer. The routes, material, fixture count and access determine the work. It is a plumbing planning allowance; cosmetic restoration must be described and priced in the proposal rather than assumed from this range.

Sewer Line Repair

Written estimate

Written estimate after checking the line and access

A spot repair and a complete sewer replacement need different budgets. We first determine the affected section, pipe condition, route and access. Clearing or inspecting a sewer is not the same as repairing it, and its price should not be used as a replacement allowance.

Faucet Repair & Installation

$252–$934

Installation planning range; equipment ownership varies

The numeric bands on this page cover faucet installation. Installing a faucet you buy costs differently from supplying and installing a new one. A dripping faucet that can be repaired needs a diagnosis and a price for its specific parts.

See pricing & options

Garbage Disposal Repair & Installation

$539–$897

Integrity-supplied standard disposal, installed

The main range is for selected standard disposal replacements supplied by Integrity. Installation of a disposal you buy is shown separately. A jam, drain obstruction or electrical problem may need different work from replacing the unit.

See pricing & options

Shower Repair

$361–$1,535

Planning range for selected cartridges through valve work

This band covers selected standard cartridge repairs through a defined valve-and-trim replacement. Specialty valves, several outlets and difficult access need their own estimate. Repairing the plumbing does not automatically include tile or wall restoration.

Hydro Jetting

$765–$2,420

Planning range for kitchen lines through main-line cleaning

Kitchen-line cleaning and a main-line restoration visit can need different access, equipment and time. This range is for the cleaning scope described in your estimate. We check whether the condition of the pipe makes jetting a suitable choice.

Service FAQ

Are these prices a quote for my home?

These are broad planning ranges for the work described. Equipment, access, connections, and additional work can change the price. We inspect the job and explain the written estimate before work begins.

Can I supply my own fixture or water heater?

Tell us the model and where it will be installed. We will check compatibility and connections before quoting the installation. Customer-supplied equipment is shown separately from options where Integrity supplies it. The equipment purchase is not included in a customer-supplied installation range.

Do you charge for an estimate?

We provide free estimates for most standard work during normal business hours. After-hours dispatch may have a fee, which we explain before the visit. Call our team to confirm what applies to your situation.

Are permits, access repairs, and cleanup included?

The work varies by service. A permit, electrical change, opening a wall, or restoring tile and paint can change the scope. Your written estimate identifies the included plumbing work and any separately priced work.

What warranty comes with the work?

Warranty terms depend on the repair, installation, and equipment. We explain the applicable workmanship and manufacturer terms in writing. Ask us how those terms apply if you are supplying the equipment.
