Information you choose to send

The service-request forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, service type and a description of the problem. Some forms also offer a preferred date. The form includes the page and service area so our team can understand the request. We use this information to respond, discuss the work and arrange service.

Please do not put payment-card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information in a message. Requesting service does not enroll you in a marketing list through this website.

Hosting, forms and online booking

Netlify hosts this site and processes its service-request forms. Hosting necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address, request time and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Netlify’s privacy notice explains its practices.

Our online booking links open Housecall Pro. Information you enter there is handled through that service and is provided to our team for your request. Review Housecall Pro’s privacy policy before entering information.

Optional website measurement and call tracking

Website measurement and call tracking remain off until you enable them in Privacy choices in the footer. You can choose either tool, reject both or change your selection later. The site saves your selection in this browser for up to 180 days. If a preference cannot be saved, optional tools stay off. A temporary session setting or a privacy=off marker in this site’s page links may carry that choice.

• Plausible: measures page visits and selected calls to action. Its standard service does not use tracking cookies. See Plausible’s visitor data policy.
• CallRail: uses cookies to associate visits and their source with a displayed tracking phone number. Calling a tracking number can provide call and connection details to the service. See CallRail’s privacy notice. The website preference controls its website script; it does not control the handling of a call you place.

When this site detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, these optional tools remain off. You can still call the published business number and request service. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop loaded optional tools. You can also remove previously stored provider cookies through your browser settings.

Maps, video and external links

Google Maps and YouTube embeds wait until you select their load button. Loading one connects your browser to that provider, which receives technical information and may use cookies under its own policies. You can instead follow the clearly marked link to the provider’s website. Your privacy choice for measurement does not automatically load maps or videos.

Pricing and financing estimates

The price selectors and financing calculator work in your browser. Calculator inputs are not submitted as a credit application. The site does not request or process payment-card details. To ask about financing or an application, use the company phone link. An actual application or payment is a separate process with its own information requirements and terms.

Questions, access and deletion requests

Contact us if you want to ask what information we hold about your request, correct it, or request deletion. Please identify the request and a way to reach you without emailing identity documents or payment details. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Available rights and any records that must be retained depend on the applicable law and the service involved.

This notice does not set a single retention period for service, invoice or provider records. Ask our team about the record involved. Changing a browser preference does not delete information you already submitted or records kept by an external provider.
