Every home is a little different

What can change the price?

We check the condition of the plumbing and how we can reach it. Your written estimate should make the work clear before you choose an option.

  • The source of the leak or backup and the repair it needs.
  • Whether the damaged pipe is exposed, buried or under the slab.
  • Access, materials and the condition of nearby connections.
  • Time of the visit and any separate dispatch fee.

Service FAQ

Is the emergency visit charge included in this range?

No. The range helps you plan for selected repairs. We explain any after-hours dispatch charge separately before sending a technician.

Will I know the repair price before work starts?

Yes. Once we understand the problem, we explain the repair options and written price. If opening an area reveals more work, we discuss that with you before proceeding.

Does this price include repairing water damage?

Plumbing repairs and damage restoration are different jobs. Drying, flooring, drywall and other finish repairs need to be addressed separately in the scope.
