Some toilets need a new part. Others need to be reset or replaced. We check the cause and explain the price for each sensible option.

Planning guide updated

Choose the right comparison

What kind of work do you need?

Compare the scope that fits your situation. Buying the equipment yourself changes what is included in an installation price. Access and any additional work still need to be checked.

Every home is a little different

What can change the price?

We check the condition of the plumbing and how we can reach it. Your written estimate should make the work clear before you choose an option.

  • One worn part, several parts or a damaged fixture.
  • Whether the toilet needs to be lifted and reset.
  • The condition of the flange, shutoff and supply connection.
  • The new toilet model and who supplies it.

Know what the estimate covers.

Work described in this guide

  • The parts and work identified for your toilet in the estimate.
  • Testing for proper operation and leaks after the work.

Check separately in writing

  • Flange, shutoff and floor repairs unless included.
  • A new toilet when you select a repair or customer-supplied installation.
  • Several toilets or premium fixture packages outside the stated scope.

Service FAQ

Does the repair range include a new toilet?

No. It covers selected repairs to the existing toilet. A replacement has its own price, with the equipment supplier clearly identified.

Why does the flange affect the installation?

The flange connects and secures the toilet to the drain. If it needs repair, simply setting a new toilet is not the whole job. We explain that additional work when we inspect it.

Are the installation prices per toilet?

Yes. The planning bands describe one toilet. Several fixtures, different models or added repairs will be listed in the full estimate.
