Is a softener the same as a carbon filter?
They serve different purposes. A softener addresses hardness; a selected carbon filter may address concerns such as chlorine taste and odor. We explain what the proposed system is designed to do.
Can you install the system I already bought?
Send us the model and a photo of the proposed location. We need to check that the equipment suits the application and that the required components, connections and drainage are available.
What costs should I plan for after installation?
Ask about salt, replacement filters and the maintenance schedule for the selected system. Those ongoing costs are separate from the installation unless your agreement says otherwise.
