Understand the work. Plan the cost.

Whole House Repiping pricing

A whole-house repipe depends on the fixtures, layout and access. We inspect your home and put the plumbing and any finish work in writing.

Planning guide updated

Choose the right comparison

What kind of work do you need?

Compare the scope that fits your situation. Buying the equipment yourself changes what is included in an installation price. Access and any additional work still need to be checked.

We identify what must be opened and how restoration will be handled. Confirm the responsible party and price in writing.

Every home is a little different

What can change the price?

We check the condition of the plumbing and how we can reach it. Your written estimate should make the work clear before you choose an option.

  • The number of bathrooms, fixtures and separate water connections.
  • Home layout, pipe routes and access through walls, ceilings or attic space.
  • The selected pipe material and condition of the existing connections.
  • Permit requirements and the amount of access and finish work.

Know what the estimate covers.

Work described in this guide

  • Water-supply lines and fixture connections identified in your repipe proposal.
  • The chosen pipe material, testing and inspection scope stated in writing.
  • Permit handling when included in the proposal.

Check separately in writing

  • Drain or sewer replacement and a new water heater unless listed.
  • Drywall, texture, paint, tile and other cosmetic restoration unless priced and included.
  • Work outside the defined house supply system, such as a separate service line.

Service FAQ

Does a repipe replace the sewer line too?

A water-supply repipe replaces the pipes bringing water to the fixtures. Drains and sewer lines are separate systems and need their own scope.

Does this range include patching and painting?

Do not assume cosmetic restoration is included in this plumbing allowance. Your proposal should identify the openings, who handles restoration and the agreed cost.

What pipe material will you use?

We explain the material suited to your home and list it in the proposal. The pipe routes, access and connections are part of that discussion, so you know what work is planned.
