Plumbing Repair pricing

A dripping faucet, running toilet or worn valve can each need a different fix. We inspect the problem and give you clear repair options.

Planning guide updated

Choose the right comparison

What kind of work do you need?

Compare the scope that fits your situation. Buying the equipment yourself changes what is included in an installation price. Access and any additional work still need to be checked.

Service or repair

Selected toilet component repairs

$250–$479

Planning range for this scope

For selected component repairs or a tune-up on one toilet. Specialty parts, several faults or replacement equipment can change the scope.

Service or repair

Accessible pipe or service-connection repair

$290–$757

Planning range for this scope

For a limited water-line repair. Extra access, valves and locating work must be identified separately.

Service or repair

Slab or buried water-line repair

$1,422–$3,054

Planning range for this scope

The opening, depth, pipe section and access all matter. Confirm what is included for locating and restoration.

Service or repair

Several fixtures or a larger project

Written estimate

Confirm the scope in your written estimate

We list the work so you can see what each repair adds. A whole-job total is not the price of one fixture.

Every home is a little different

What can change the price?

We check the condition of the plumbing and how we can reach it. Your written estimate should make the work clear before you choose an option.

  • The fixture or pipe involved and what has failed.
  • Repairing an existing part versus replacing equipment.
  • Visible connections versus work behind a wall, under a slab or underground.
  • The number of repairs and any related access or restoration.

Know what the estimate covers.

Work described in this guide

  • The repair, parts and testing described in the written estimate.
  • An explanation of the options before work begins.

Check separately in writing

  • New fixtures or equipment unless specifically listed.
  • Leak investigation and added access when separate from the repair.
  • Finished-surface restoration or larger replacement projects.

Service FAQ

Can you give one price for all plumbing repairs?

Different problems need different parts and access. These bands help with budgeting. The written estimate identifies the repair we are proposing for your home.

Can you handle several repairs during one visit?

Tell us about each problem when you call. We will look at the requested work and explain the combined scope and price.

Are new faucets, toilets or disposals included?

Only when the estimate lists the new equipment. Installing a fixture you supply is a separate option from a replacement supplied by Integrity.
